What does not

After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. Reporting and budgeting well ahead of its price point. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

Not built for a South African VAT vendor

The trial went well. Live use with real volume did not. The honest position is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

What works

The invoicing side works.

What does not

Bank feed failures went unresolved for weeks. The VAT handling required constant manual correction. Migration lost historical detail we needed for the audit.
