There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Multi currency from the middle tier. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper. Bank feeds match transactions accurately and the rules learn quickly.

What does not

Reporting beyond the standard pack still ends up in a spreadsheet.

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. Reporting and budgeting well ahead of its price point. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Fine for us, would not recommend for stock heavy businesses

It does what we need and I have no strong feelings about it either way. Large global template and app ecosystem. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

Multi currency from the middle tier. Pricing is predictable with no surprise increases.

What does not

Getting a person on the phone is difficult. Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses.

Solid, boring, and that is exactly what I wanted

Right features, wrong price for our size

We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. Multi currency from the middle tier. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Multi currency from the middle tier. Pricing is predictable with no surprise increases.

What does not

The report customisation is limited. Getting a person on the phone is difficult.
