Competent but the support tests your patience

We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. The best mobile receipt capture in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Multi currency from the middle tier. Invoicing is quick once the templates are set.

What does not

Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses. The report customisation is limited.

Bank feeds alone justify the subscription

What works

Multi currency from the middle tier. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains. Bank feeds match transactions accurately and the rules learn quickly.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

Migration was painful, the result was worth it

After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. The best mobile receipt capture in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Large global template and app ecosystem. Month end close has dropped from six days to two. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work.

What does not

Reporting beyond the standard pack still ends up in a spreadsheet.

It does what we need and I have no strong feelings about it either way. Reporting and budgeting well ahead of its price point. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What does not

There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand. Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should.

Our bookkeeper got two days a month back

I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. Reporting and budgeting well ahead of its price point. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.
