Bank feeds alone justify the subscription

I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. Multi currency from the middle tier. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Reporting and budgeting well ahead of its price point. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains.

What does not

Reporting beyond the standard pack still ends up in a spreadsheet.

Finally a ledger our accountant does not complain about

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. Reporting and budgeting well ahead of its price point. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What does not

Works well once you accept its limits

It has been fine, with a couple of persistent irritations. Large global template and app ecosystem. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.
