After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. Large global template and app ecosystem. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Reconciliation went from a week to an afternoon

Multi currency from the middle tier. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains. The audit trail has answered every query our auditors raised.

What does not

The interface has not aged well.

There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Multi currency from the middle tier. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper.

What does not

The interface has not aged well.

It does what we need and I have no strong feelings about it either way. Large global template and app ecosystem. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand. The report customisation is limited.
