Simple enough that people actually use it

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. An Excel like formula language spreadsheet users already know. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Boards multiplied until nobody trusted them

It became a graveyard of half finished boards nobody trusted. For context, the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.
