The partner made the difference, not the software

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Lot traceability from raw material to finished goods. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

South African founded, with local consultants and support. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Stock and the ledger finally agree

We run four warehouses and two companies on this and the consolidation works. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Renewal came in forty percent higher

Under scoped implementation, and we discovered it after go live. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. I would look elsewhere unless price is the only consideration.
