Stock and the ledger finally agree

Two years post go live and I would make the same decision. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Lot traceability from raw material to finished goods. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Powerful, and it demands a specialist

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Lot traceability from raw material to finished goods. The financials module is solid.

What does not

Version upgrades are projects rather than updates. Remote access needs a hosted desktop.
