Go live was on time and under budget

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable. Consolidation across our companies takes days rather than weeks.

What does not

The interface is dense and training is a real line item.

Right system, wrong implementation partner

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Mature material requirements planning. The partner network means help is available.

What does not

Reporting requires a specialist to build. Version upgrades are projects rather than updates.
