Traceability paid for itself in one audit

The implementation partner was excellent, which I think matters more than the badge. Mature material requirements planning. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. If you are weighing it up, do the trial with your own data and you will see it.

What works

Lot traceability from raw material to finished goods. Multi warehouse transfers are visible and auditable. Branch reporting comes out without a spreadsheet in between.

What does not

Implementation cost more than the licence, as expected but still painful.

Two years in and we still use half of it

It does everything we asked for and none of it was quick. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What works

South African founded, with local consultants and support. The financials module is solid.

What does not

Remote access needs a hosted desktop. Reporting requires a specialist to build.

The software is capable. Our implementation was mediocre and we are still paying for that. Landed cost handling that covers the full import chain. What does not

Reporting requires a specialist to build. The local statutory reporting depends entirely on the partner.
