Works, but the seat bands hurt at our size

It works, we just had to redo our structure after four months of getting it wrong. The lowest paid tier price in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

A free tier small teams genuinely stay on for years. Task management is reliable.

What does not

Performance degrades on a large workspace. The learning curve for the advanced features is real.

Thank you for the review. We are glad the compliance side is working well for you. On the reporting point, we would like to show you what is possible with the custom report builder, so please book a session with our team.

Simple enough that people actually use it

The team asked to keep it after the trial, which has never happened before. Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

The lowest paid tier price in the category. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. Client facing views mean fewer status emails.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

Simple enough that people actually use it

We rolled it out to twenty two people and adoption was close to complete within a month. Learnable in two minutes by anyone. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams.

What does not

Reporting is weaker than the task management.

There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

Simple enough that people actually use it

Client status reporting used to take a morning a week. Now it takes ten minutes. Large Power-Up ecosystem for targeted additions. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

The lowest paid tier price in the category. Automation handles the routine handoffs between teams. The mobile app is good enough for approvals on the road.

What does not

Seat bands mean paying for people who do not exist.

Too slow on our connection to be usable

Performance on our office connection made it a chore. The honest position is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. It has cost us more time than it has saved. We moved to an alternative and the difference was immediate.

What works

The free tier is generous.

What does not

Half the team never adopted it. We paid for a tier we could not make use of. It was too slow on our connection.
