Bank feeds alone justify the subscription

Our practice put four clients on this before we moved our own business across. Over a thousand connected applications. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What does not

Inventory is too basic for a stock heavy business.

Finally a ledger our accountant does not complain about

I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. Over a thousand connected applications. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Competent but the support tests your patience

We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. Unlimited users on every plan, which no local competitor matches. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What does not

Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should. There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand.
