Bank feeds alone justify the subscription

After two years I can say the reconciliation time saving is real and it is significant. Genuinely strong multi currency handling. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

The best bank reconciliation experience in the category. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work. The audit trail has answered every query our auditors raised.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

Finally a ledger our accountant does not complain about

Our practice put four clients on this before we moved our own business across. Over a thousand connected applications. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

Migrated away after fourteen months

I have spent more time working around this than working in it. Where it earns its keep is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. I would look elsewhere unless price is the only consideration.

What works

Setup was quick.

What does not

Migration lost historical detail we needed for the audit. The VAT handling required constant manual correction. Bank feed failures went unresolved for weeks.
