Reconciliation went from a week to an afternoon

I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. Genuinely strong multi currency handling. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

The best bank reconciliation experience in the category. Month end close has dropped from six days to two. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work.

What does not

The interface has not aged well.

Does the compliance work without being asked

Our practice put four clients on this before we moved our own business across. Unlimited users on every plan, which no local competitor matches. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

Good ledger, disappointing reporting

We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. Unlimited users on every plan, which no local competitor matches. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

What works

Unlimited users on every plan, which no local competitor matches. Invoicing is quick once the templates are set.

What does not

There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand. Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should.

Migration was painful, the result was worth it
