We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. Over a thousand connected applications. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

The best bank reconciliation experience in the category. Bank feeds match transactions accurately and the rules learn quickly. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains.

What does not

The interface has not aged well.

Fine for us, would not recommend for stock heavy businesses

We chose this on price and mostly that decision has held up. The best bank reconciliation experience in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What does not

Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses. Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should.
