Reconciliation went from a week to an afternoon

I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. Unlimited users on every plan, which no local competitor matches. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Genuinely strong multi currency handling. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains. Bank feeds match transactions accurately and the rules learn quickly.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

Good ledger, disappointing reporting

It does what we need and I have no strong feelings about it either way. The best bank reconciliation experience in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses. There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand.
