Good ledger, disappointing reporting

Good enough that changing again is not worth the disruption. Genuinely strong multi currency handling. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Fine for our needs. Test it properly against your own requirements.

What works

Over a thousand connected applications. The mobile app is useful for approving payments.

What does not

Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses. The report customisation is limited.

Support took eleven days to answer a VAT query

The trial went well. Live use with real volume did not. What surprised me was that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. Test it hard during the trial with real volume before committing.

Migration lost historical detail we needed for the audit. Support responses were slow and generic. Bank feed failures went unresolved for weeks.
