Does the compliance work without being asked

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. Genuinely strong multi currency handling. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

The best bank reconciliation experience in the category. Multi currency handling is genuinely correct on unrealised gains. Month end close has dropped from six days to two.

Good enough that changing again is not worth the disruption. The best bank reconciliation experience in the category. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. Good value, with some real rough edges.

Over a thousand connected applications. The mobile app is useful for approving payments.

What does not

Inventory cannot handle multiple warehouses. Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should.
