Migration was painful, the result was worth it

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. A free plan that is genuinely usable, not a demo. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

What works

Built in client portal at no extra cost. VAT201 figures come out right without a manual working paper. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost.

What does not

Inventory is too basic for a stock heavy business.

We committed to this on a recommendation and I regret not testing it properly first. The thing worth knowing is that the parts we were sold on never worked the way they were demonstrated. The gaps are the kind that create work rather than save it. I would look elsewhere unless price is the only consideration.
