Quoting from the CRM removed a whole handoff

We moved off a spreadsheet and the difference in forecast quality was immediate. Billed natively in rand, so the budget does not move with the exchange rate. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. There are irritations, and none of them are the kind that make you look elsewhere. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. Email sync captures conversations without anyone copying anything. Quoting from the record removed a handoff to admin.

What does not

Onboarding a new rep takes longer than it should.

Reps update it without being nagged

The automation removed about four hours a week of follow up admin per rep. Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. I would recommend it to a business of our size without hesitation.

What works

Offline capable mobile app for reps between towns. The pipeline view gives an honest picture of the month. Automation handles the follow up sequence reps used to forget.

What does not

The features we needed sat one tier above the one we were quoted.

Capable, but the team resisted it for months

It is capable. Getting the team to use it consistently took much longer than the software took to set up. Billed natively in rand, so the budget does not move with the exchange rate. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. Contact and deal management are solid.

What does not

Support escalation is slow on technical issues. Reporting is limited without moving up a tier.

Thank you for the review. We are glad the compliance side is working well for you. On the reporting point, we would like to show you what is possible with the custom report builder, so please book a session with our team.

Forecast is within five percent every month

The automation removed about four hours a week of follow up admin per rep. Workflow automation competitors reserve for enterprise tiers. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Worth the migration effort, which is not something I say often.

Forecast is within five percent every month

Six reps, eighteen months in, and the pipeline is the most accurate it has ever been. Consent and data subject tooling that maps onto POPIA. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Good CRM, poor reporting for the price

Fine product, and the dollar billing makes the budget conversation annoying. Offline capable mobile app for reps between towns. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. It is a reasonable choice, provided you know what it does not do.

What works

Billed natively in rand, so the budget does not move with the exchange rate. The interface is clear once you learn it.

What does not

Support escalation is slow on technical issues. There is no local accounting integration without Zapier.
