Migration was painful, the result was worth it

We moved across from a desktop package eighteen months ago and I would not go back. The best bank reconciliation experience in the category. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. It is not perfect, and it is the right choice for us.

What works

Over a thousand connected applications. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work. Our accountant has their own login at no extra cost.

What does not

Support response times slow noticeably at month end.

I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. The best bank reconciliation experience in the category.
