Does the compliance work without being asked

I run the books for three related companies and this is the first system that has kept up. Unlimited users on every plan, which no local competitor matches. That is the part that genuinely changed how we work. Nothing has come up in the last year that I would call a real problem. Two years in and nobody has suggested we look at alternatives.

What works

Genuinely strong multi currency handling. Invoices go out looking professional with no design work. The audit trail has answered every query our auditors raised.

What does not

Reporting beyond the standard pack still ends up in a spreadsheet.

Good ledger, disappointing reporting

It has been fine, with a couple of persistent irritations. Unlimited users on every plan, which no local competitor matches. Beyond that it is more ordinary than the marketing suggests. It sits squarely in the middle for us, useful but not something I would champion. I would shortlist it, not necessarily pick it.

What does not

There is no direct submission to eFiling, so the return is captured by hand. Bank feeds drop and need reauthorising more often than they should.
